• Conduct a full vehicle history check (e.g. Cartell, Motorcheck)
• Have the vehicle independently inspected by a qualified mechanic
• Verify the seller's identity and ownership of the vehicle
• Check the vehicle's NCT and road tax status
• Confirm the vehicle is free from outstanding finance
• Ensure the vehicle has not been reported stolen

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Irish and EU law, Drix.ie and ERD Solutions Ireland shall not be liable for:

• Any loss or damage arising from transactions between buyers and sellers
• Fraudulent listings or misrepresentation by sellers
• Any defects, faults, or issues with vehicles purchased through the platform
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data or business interruption

6. Fraud Prevention

Be vigilant against fraud. Never transfer money in advance without seeing the vehicle. If a deal seems too good to be true, it may be fraudulent. Report suspicious listings to us at trust@drix.ie.
